J-SERVE 2006

J-Serve is the annual day of service for Jewish youth throughout the world. It is a day on which Jewish teens join their counterparts in other faith communities, other cities and other countries in giving of their time to serve the communities in which they live.

In Houston, we provided community service for Interfaith Ministries, Jewish Family Services, Seven Acres Assisted Living Center, Meals on Wheels, Hadassah Hospital, Save Darfur, Jewish Community Center of New Orleans, and the Ronald McDonald House. We donated over 125 cans and made over 600 sandwiches. Way to go HOUSTON!
